I specialize in getting your business seen.
My process involves assessing client’s current marketing status, evaluating creative and business marketing goals, developing long-term strategies, design conceptualization, presentation and execution of digital and conventional marketing assets. Proficient with current Adobe Creative software and MS Office Suite. Projects range from strategy development and presentations, corporate branding, brochures, annual reports, newsletters, books and publications, advertisements, digital campaigns, illustration, signage, exhibits, and proposals.
Drawing, painting, sketching, and just plain creating started years ago. Not gonna lie, I was the queen of art class in elementary school. This passion continued throughout middle school and high school, and ultimately led me to the Art School at The University of Michigan, now the Penny Stamps School of Art.
I landed my first job at H.B. Stubbs. As a designer at one of the premier exhibit houses in the country at the time, projects primarily focused on General Motors exhibits and display, and I spent a few years developing graphics in the industry.
Next, I headed to Programmed Products, a firm specializing in designing and building commercial and retail spaces, most notably supermarket, drugstore, and retail chains throughout the U.S. While there, I spent my time designing graphics as well as rendering and illustrating the concepts.
At this point in my life, I realized that it was time to venture out on my own, and BlumeDesign was created. I continue to work with a variety of clients who don’t want to pay high fees at ad agencies. Working with clients directly is most rewarding, providing my graphic design, and marketing/strategy services. By working efficiently, engaging in direct conversation, and providing ongoing service, I provide a value in the B2B and B2C world.
